Join Our Team: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Columbus, Ohio | $16 per hour | Paid training provided
Make a difference in someone’s everyday life. MAK Group is seeking dependable, compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
Your responsibilities
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Support community activities and appointments.
• Follow each individual’s service plan and respect their choices.
• Complete accurate service documentation and communicate with the care team.
What we’re looking for
• 1–3 years of relevant caregiving or direct support experience.
• Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to meet required background screening and training requirements.
